We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for all of our outgoing shipments.
Delivery We ship most items within 24 - 48 business hours. UPS Ground orders are usually received 4 - 6 business days from the date of shipment within the continental United States. You can check the UPS Ground Maps website for more information. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories are shipped via UPS We do not deliver to a PO, APO or FPO addresses.
Returns or Exchanges (NON-DAMAGED items only) If you would like to exchange or return an item for any reason please enclose your invoice and merchandise in the original packaging. Send the box to us via UPS or insured mail to the addresses below. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D.

Returns or Exchanges (DAMAGED items only) If your item gets damaged in transit, please e-mail or call us immediately at 516.798.8400 and explain the nature of your breakage. Please have ready, or include in your e-mail the following information:
- First and Last Name (name of the person which appears on the credit card used for purchase)
- Invoice or Order Number (this information is on the receipt included with your package)
- Date of Purchase (this information is on the receipt included with your package)
- Address(es) (both billing and shipping if addresses are different)
- Telephone Number (we will contact you confirming your return request with a Return Authorization Number)
DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! IT IS NOT NECESSARY FOR RETURNS.
Upon issuing a Return Authorization Number, we will fill out a damage report with UPS. Once we confirm your Return Authorization Number with you and and complete a damage report, we will schedule with UPS 3 pickup attempts for the damaged merchandise. You will be required to leave the unopened or repacked merchandise at the same location where UPS had originally delivered it. If the damaged item is repacked because it was opened, please repack using the original packaging so a claim can be made through UPS. UPS must inspect the package as it was when it was delivered.
Next Day Air Delivery
- Items ordered by 12 PM (EST) Monday - Friday* will be shipped same day.
- Items ordered by 12 PM (EST) Friday will arrive Monday.
- Saturday delivery is also available at an additional charge, and based upon delivery location. Add $20 to the standard shipping charge per address. Please call a customer service representative at 516.798.8400 to place an order for Saturday delivery.
International and Outside the Contiguous United States Using today’s leading software technologies we bring to you the most accurate shipping rates attainable at the time of your checkout. However, international orders can be subject to additional import taxes and surcharges from UPS which are the responsibility of the purchaser. This has been only on rare occurrence. We suggest to our international customers to complete your checkout. If there is any significant discrepancy in the cost of shipping, we will put a hold the order and attempt to contact the purchaser before we apply and additional charges. If we are unable to contact the purchaser and we have not heard from the purchaser by email or phone within the follwing 2 business days, we will complete the order and charge the purchaser any reasonable additional shipping fees charged by our carrier, UPS. We will include inside the package a reciept showing the actual shipping cost with the explained additional surcharge(s).
