Penalties for this are calculated as the sum total of the cost in resale terms to create each image. This includes but is not limited to the disassemble and reassembly process, as well as the guestimated time spent by our graphics artist to prepare each image. We advise potential resellers to contact us before downloading our product images for commercial use. Original hi-res images are available upon request at our discretion free of charge. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior written and oral agreements or communications with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
